A new booklet has been created to give parents and carers in Beverley access to information on local activities and services.
The What’s On In Beverley booklet has been produced in partnership by East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Families Information Service Hub (FISH) and Beverley extended school’s co-ordinators.

The booklet has been produced in response to consultation with parents and carers as part of the extended schools agenda, which aims to provide access to a range of activities and services, to help meet the needs of pupils, families and the wider community. These services are often provided outside of normal school hours.

The booklet will be distributed in schools during September at the beginning of the new school-term. It is hoped that continued work with the extended school co-ordinators across the East Riding will allow similar booklets to be distributed to all East Riding areas each term. For more information on the What’s On In Beverley booklet please call Lesley Gilson, FISH manager, on (01482) 396469.
